Jenny Rosenberg, Chair of The Women’s Experience Steering Committee, is a woman whose life is deeply rooted in Jewish values, guiding her work, family, and philanthropy. For Rosenberg, these areas are inseparable from her faith and heritage. “In philanthropy, all of my charitable donations go to Jewish organizations,” she says. Her dedication to giving reflects her belief in supporting the Jewish community and its growth. When it comes to family, Rosenberg has ensured that her children have a strong Jewish foundation. By providing them with a Jewish education, she emphasized pride in their identity. “I taught them that no matter what, they should be proud of being Jewish and embrace that identity. They get to decide how observant they want to be,” she shares, reflecting a balance between tradition and individual choice.

In her position with The Women’s Experience, Rosenberg’s mission is clear: creating an inclusive space for Jewish women. “My goal is to strengthen and grow our community by promoting an open space for all women, regardless of observance level. Opportunities in Jewish learning, growth, leadership, holiday celebrations, prayer, and friendship are at the core,” she explains. For Rosenberg, unity is essential, especially in challenging times. “Now, more than ever, we must unite, rise, and be strong in our Jewish beliefs and values. It’s not time for the Jewish community to back down; it’s time for us to rise!” The events of October 7th have only deepened Rosenberg’s commitment to her heritage and community. “Post October 7th lit a fire in me. I am prouder than ever to be Jewish,” she declares. This renewed pride and determination are driving her to ensure the continuity and strength of Jewish life.
Through her leadership, Rosenberg exemplifies how Jewish values can inspire resilience, foster community, and shape a meaningful life across all domains.
