EZ Chicken Cutlets
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup duck sauce
- 2 frozen garlic cubes
- 1 container french fried onions
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix barbecue sauce with the duck sauce and frozen garlic cubes
- Brush mixture onto both sides of the chicken cutlets
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes
- Uncover and sprinkle on french fried onions
- Bake an additional 30 to 45 minutes
Note This dish can be frozen after first baking. Defrost later, adding fried onions before second baking.
